Crystal is the best! My husband and I are first time home buyers who stumbled upon a wonderful piece of land with perfectly petite house just our size. We call just to see about looking at the house and with sheer luck we got crystal which was the best thing that could have happend to us! From the beginning she had our best interests in mind. I HAD INCORRECTLY CHOSEN THAT SHE LISTED THE HOUSE BUT DID NOT SELL IT. Please allow my review to be posted because she is an AWESOME Realtor, the best I have ever worked with. Thank you, in Advance My wife and I have bought and sold many houses in the Hampton Roads area and have never been so happy with a Realtor as we were with Crystal Jacques! We always interview 3 agents when selling a house and Crystal was extremely well prepared. She was also right on the money about sales prices and how that would affect the time on the market. She was incredibly knowledgeable in helping us prepare the house for sale. She helped us wisely spend our money to upgrade and improve the appearance of the house to sell it quickly and minimize the amount of time and money to get it ready! We followed here advice and when the house hit the market we had many interested buyers starting on the second day it was listed and had a contract written in TWO WEEKS!!! Crystal is an excellent communicator. She is NEVER too busy to answer your questions and always responded to my texts and email within a matter of minutes and we were both truly impressed! You can bet that when it comes time to buy or sell in the future she will DEFINITELY be the first one that we call!

My husband and I had just moved to Virginia and were looking at houses on Zillow one day. We came across a house we liked and clicked on the button to have an agent contact us. Thank goodness Crystal called because we can't imagine if anyone else had helped us find our home!! Crystal was AMAZING throughout the entire process. She took us to the houses we wanted to see, found other similar ones to show us, and gave us advice along the way regarding the pros and cons of each house. She was a great medium between my husband (who likes to make instant decisions) and me (who likes to ponder things for awhile). We liked that she stayed on top the houses we were most interested in and let us know when it was essential to make a move. When it was time to sign documents that we didn't understand, she was willing to sit and go over items over the phone at any time of day. We know she had several clients but she made us feel like we were her ONLY clients. Whenever we had questions, she got back to us via text/phone/email instantly. Crystal is a very professional realtor with high expectations to ensure her clients are happy, and she has assembled a mortgage team and legal team to match. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Crystal and highly recommend her.
