Dream House popped back on the market and took a stab at it, Crystal was the listing agent, but unfortunately it was already under contract. She seemed very knowledgeable about the area and with us being out of state, that would seem invaluable, and as I would later see, a huge understatement. Another amazing home popped up and I gave crystal a call. Some issues with the home came up and needed to be addressed prior to the sale, and she was on it. Her knowledge and tenacity made sure what needed to get done, got done by the both contractors and lender. I can't say enough how awesome it was to have Crystal in our corner throughout the entire process.

After 3 different agents and our house being listed over a year, we hired Crystal and were not disappointed. She made a few reasonable suggestions and we took heed to her advice. Our house was under contract in a week after Crystal listing it. The contract fell through because of an issue the buyer had so Crystal relisted it and again was able to have the house under contract in less than 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be more pleased with Crystal. She is an A+ agent!

Crystal is a great agent. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and the process was a smooth and easy one. Crystal is the agent for several people at my command so of course she was referred to me. I told her i wanted to buy a house before I go on deployment in less than 2 months. And she made it happened. We went out couple times to check on houses and she's always super patient and understanding to all my questions and concerns. Super super responsive and if she wasn't sure about something, she will get back to you with a 120% answer and even more details if you choose to ask.
